Clang clang clang goes the trolley! Ding ding ding goes the bell! Zing zing zing went my heartstrings!

After one marathon drive from Dallas to St. Louis and a semi-shorter one to Bloomington, we made it! Praise the Lord! It so surreal being here, and feel like I am going to wake up tomorrow in Lewisville. Today I was getting so nervous and sad on the drive to Indiana. As we were driving through all the corn fields of Indiana, I kept thinking "I am already missing home and my family and my friends and my dog! Why am I coming here again? I have no friends..." So I was just trying to stay calm and not have a nervy-b on the back roads from the interstate to Bloomington. Anyway, we got there, everything was great, Bloomington is adorable! But all that wonderfulness aside, the GREATEST blessing happened, seriously, GOD IS GOOD!

We went to the square in the downtown area to find a place to eat. We were all walking around when I heard someone say, "Malsi?" And I turned and there was a camp friend! Johanna was the Cove Kids Director my first summer at camp and she was my one-on-one! When I saw her, I thought, I bet she's just visiting, but then I found out, she's here for graduate school with her husband, Justin for at least four years! Seriously, God is so good! I am so thankful that I found these friends here! And everything about finding them has everything to do with him, I mean, what are the odds? He took care of my worries, he is a provider! Thanks for everyone's prayers, I'm so excited (and nervous) about everything here.
