I'm up in Indiana where the tall corn grows

I've been all alone-y on my own-ey in Indiana for two days now. And, I've managed to be productive and not just be homesick the whole time so that had been amazing! I've got all my furniture in and placed, but I still have some organizing left to do. Thanks to craigslist, I got all of my furniture for a whopping $140! I was very fortunate to find good deals on the site and even had my desk delivered to my room, great! Well the weather is fantastic right now, which means winter is going to be flippin' cold, but oh well, hopefully it'll come gradually???

Anyway, I'm coping okay-ish with being up here. Definitely miss Texas and I feel very unstable here, but I guess that might improve with time and after my room makes more sense and such. My family left for Texas on Wednesday, and that was very hard, but I'm glad they made it back safe and they are enjoying baking in the 100 degree weather. Well, the title is from a Lyle Lovett song, which has very little to do with my situation except that Lyle went to school at A&M and he's singing about being up in Indiana. Also, Bloomington is a very picturesque town and a picture tour of town is forthcoming, get excited!
